I guess you meant you would have fun with a fund like this. Me too. Maybe I
should seek employment with a fund like this, just for the fun of it. I have
been thinking about how a market in which "emerging market" eurobonds are
actively traded can be created. This is one possible device for that. This way,
that is, if their eurobonds become liquid enough to be considered cash
equivalent, the domestic central banks of the "emerging markets" may be able to
manage their interest rates with someone else's currency without affecting
their domestic money supply.
