Boy, would I have fund with a fund like this.
    First, I'd release a bad report on some currency or country -- but AFTER
I'd sold it short. Then, I'd buy. Then, I'd say something nice. Then, I'd
make a great gain.
    This is how Michael Milken raised the capital to fund the buyout
movement of the 1980s. He went to jail, but what the hell -- a sovereign
government is sovereign.
