Response Jim C: There are several books on J Edgar and his knowledge as
manifested in his behavior, before the assassination. For example in the
planning of the prior parade route which was changed at the last minute
(cleared by FBI and Secret Service) to pass by the Texas Book Depository
(where Lee Harvey Oswald--I believe a "patsy" in a certain sense) had been
working for about two months. the new parade route had a hair-pin turn that
required slowing vehicles to less than 10 miles per hour which violates all
Secret Service protocols on acceptable routes etc,,

But as to how one group inside CIA can operate as a rogue sub-group (easier
than other agencies) it is not only quite easy with ultra compartmentation,
especially when operating in the DO (Directorate of Operations that has
even more compartmentation and black budgets etc) but we have reports from
the likes of Phillip Agee (no friend of CIA) of several cases where it was
done. After the fact, those at the top as usual, give cover to the perps if
for no other reason than they know where the bodies are buried and always
threaten to take down the whole Temple if they go down and in many cases
they were hired by the ones know covering it all up partly to cover up that
they were the ones that hired them if not the ones that were fellow
conspirators.

I have no doubt Malcolm X knew about the numerous attempts to assassinate
Fidel and also had that in mind with his "Roosting chickens" Comment. The
whole Kennedy clan were scum and ultra phonies and for JFK it was indeed
"Karma Time" for all the misery he had ordered and been involved in.

CB: By having it done by fake rogue elements, the higher-ups create some of
their plausible deniability for themselves.
