Can you envision a worldwide strike (such as dockworkers have done to avoid
handling apartheid steel)?  One that would answer the push toward a world market
economy akin to what's happened to Mexico with NAFTA?
    Goodbye, democracy (if we've ever really had it since the corporations won the right
to lobby, to donate money, to sue in court, etc.! 

See poclad.org to learn about the nonprofit organization fighting to reverse a precedent set in the 1880s 
under the 14th Amendment, when a clerk misinterpreted/misreported the Supreme Court decision 
after a railroad sued for rights as a "person" -- the Amendment actually granted personhood to former
slaves, but the railroads made hay.  Lots of precedent to overturn, but the Program on Corporations,
Law, and Democracy suggest revoking corporations' charters and rewriting them in the public interest.

Intriguing, no?  They have materials to use in spreading the word.
