Global Wataire Inc. Announces Memorandum of Understanding With Utah
Based Tar Sands Company
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Wataire Inc. (GWI) (OTCBB:GWTE), a
Financial Advisory and Investment company is pleased to announce it has
signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with American Resource
Petroleum Corporation (ARPC) to facilitate ARPC’s transition from a
private corporation to a fully registered, listed and actively trading
public corporation.
Sydney Harland, President and Chief Executive Officer of GWI, stated,
“Because of American Resource Petroleum Corporation’s superior tar sand
oil processing technology, combined with higher oil prices and concerns
about the current worldwide oil supply, ARPC is well positioned to
profitably produce oil from Utah’s vast tar sand deposits. We are
confident that this venture will result in a successful IPO for ARPC and
substantial returns for Global Wataire’s growing portfolio.”
About American Resource Petroleum Corp.
ARPC’s Asphalt Ridge property located in Utah is the first fully
commercial tar sands operation in the United States. These deposits have
been estimated to hold more than two trillion barrels of oil.
