the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games - will be addressed at the next meeting
planned to be held in Beijing next month, according to the ministry.

Some of the issues from this week's meeting will be further dealt with at a
ministerial meeting of the three nations, slated for July in Hokkaido,
Japan, the ministry added.

The 2008 Olympics is very important to China and the world. My imperial
bourgeoisie maintains a fifty year black out on events in China and refuse to allow
the peoples of the American Union to understand the real China or her
brilliant historical records and culture.

Sections of the American people are prevented from evolving an accurate
vision of China, which in the main is more democratic than America. That is to say
the multinational state in China is more democratic than the multinational
state of the United States of North America.

This broad democracy in China is expressed best in its policy concerning the
national factor and those of the formerly oppresses peoples. "He who raises
the bottom rail to the top" - the age old abolitionists slogan, is truly
democratic. One can of course use any gage to ascertain democratic content except
profit making ethics.

The history since 1948/49 is pretty obvious to anyone not mired in the
prejudice and white chauvinism of the imperial bourgeoisie. Every since the Great
Chairman Mao - the last Emperor of China and the last to inherent the mandate
of Heaven, declared the path forward to be "New Democracry," such has been the
case. The proof is in the pudding that the broad masses have increasing access
to. Certain concepts of equality amongst a past generation of communists -
rooted in feudal ideology and unavoidable given China's feudal history, have
been overcome.

Chairman Mao spoke forcefully against the doctrine of absolute equality or
dividing a pie into equal shares for equal distribution. Why should the single
man with no children receive the same allotment of the societal resources than
the man with a wife and five children? Who should have the bigger apartment?
Should the wages of the man with no family equal the consumption ability of the
women with a husband and children?

The bourgeoisie says, "Yes," because that is what the mariket will bear. The
communists are willing to put a pistol to ones head and say,

"NO," - the family with kids must be feed, educated and house their family
and you need to rethink your position."

This is a good thing because the division of labor is absolute as it exist in
its relative relationship to the evolution and development of the material
power of production, exchange and distribution.

China today has no choice but to modernized and develop a military capacity
to withstand the increasing military assaults by world imperialism against her
sovereignty. It is reasonable to understand why China's leadership make every
other aspect of their existence secondary to the survival of the largest mass
of humanity with the longest continuous history.

A military counter force to American imperialism requires a singular national
will and technological transfer.

Politics is the art of the possible. Those who guess wrong are condemned by
history as buffoon that led their people to slaughter.

The modern proletarian communists have no country in their strategic
political projections. I patiently await the militant voice of the Chinese communists
or rather the communists of China.

These militants can do what I cannot do on the question of "over-consumption"
and the degenerate bourgeois ideology of over population or what is called
the "carrying capacity of the earth."

I cannot win the ideological struggle on these two questions in the imperial
centers of white chauvinists degenerates. I do have all the data to sustain my
position of over consumption.

The fight is to clear the path for the next upsurge of communists insurgents.
